It features an easy-to-read display with a ‘hold’ function, together with an adjustable audible high/low temperature alarm. The instrument accurately measures temperature over the range -50 to + 300°C or equivalent °F with a 0.1°C/°F resolution. This thermometer is ideal for a wide variety of monitoring and test applications. Each thermometer is supplied with a stainless steel food quality stainless steel penetration probe Ø 3.5 x 125mm with a 1 metre long connecting lead. The case has a fold-away stand, a pocket clip, and probe/cable storage.
